This adults-only property is just a couple of minutes’ walk from Portimao’s scenic riverfront, and a 15-minute stroll from the beach, bars and restaurants of lively Praia de Rocha – which means you can dip in and out of the action as much as you like. The hotel puts on a handy shuttle bus to get you to the latter, as well.
It’s tempting to stay put, though. With its earthy, island tones and floor-to-ceiling glass, this place has a luxe, Ibiza-style feel. The most glamorous space is up on the rooftop, where you’ll find an infinity pool offering stellar views, and a good supply of daybeds and loungers in gleaming white.
