This is a whitewashed high-rise hotel in tropical surroundings. The middle of the complex plays host to a massive outdoor swimming pool, which is cocooned by greenery and comes with waterfalls, plus a side-order of loungers and parasols. There’s a little rope bridge criss-crossing the water – follow it over and you’ll come to the bar, which dishes up snacks and drinks all day, and has an open-air dining area.
