The Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel has a plum spot in sleepy Playa Paraรญso, overlooking a pebble and sandy bay-beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A lift will whisk you down to the sand in seconds. And, when you fancy a change of scene thereโs a free shuttle bus that runs to nearby Playa Faรฑabรฉ, a silky stretch in upmarket Costa Adeje.
Outdoors, botanical gardens give way to a cluster of lagoon-like pools. Two are infinity-style, with stellar views of the sea and the isle of La Gomera, and theyโre edged by luxury daybeds. Little ones have their very own splash park complete with slides and fountains, plus an extra pool all to the themselves.
The hotel lays on daytime and evening entertainment, too, spanning sports and quizzes, shows and live music performances, as well as a mini club for little ones.
Variety is the buzzword at mealtimes. Thereโs a buffet with a dedicated childrenโs section and show cooking stations, plus two themed restaurants dishing up Italian and Spanish cuisine.
